location is prime, service is attentive

prime location quick check-in helpful staff nice views
i found the location great, close to quincy market. the staff was friendly upon arrival. check-in was quick, they answered every question. the little balcony was a cool bonus with views particularly nice around sunset.
i thought the freezer was packed with items for sale, but they were not properly refrigerated.

charming stay near fanueil hall

great location friendly staff extra blankets
i was charmed by the location. it's close to fanueil hall and quincy market. the staff was friendly from our arrival. we were given extra blankets which i thought was lovely!
the central air conditioning was quite noisy which impacted my rest.

the location was good, letting me walk to many places.
I had some issues. the room needed updating, it looked a bit tired. the bathroom had mold, and paint was peeling. It didn't feel clean at all.

bottled water convenient lobby coffee maker valet service
My stay included access to bottled water in the lobby. This was quite convenient. the room also contained a coffee maker with starbucks coffee bags. a small gym was available, though it was relatively compact. the valet service was professional and prompt when i retrieved my car.
the air conditioning unit seemed a little outdated.
